Home Sweet Home

You know, those houses which we always see in the western movies? Like on the country side? Well voila! This is it, my new home <3.

I know! it rocks right? hahhaha. The temperature is like Cameron Highlands' , it gets quite chilly when it rains (brrr.. had to wear a wool sweater to sleep even under a blanket and an ultra comfy comforter), but otherwise very pleasant compared to that oven-like-heat back in Malaysia.

The view out of the living room's window. They have four cars! and only two drivers =.= (envy much?) Oh, and the front gate is always open, even when everybody is away for vacation, its very safe here i suppose. Lol, I could never do that in Subang, imagine all those robbers would come racing in.

Living room, I can't stop breathing in that sweet thick wood scent.

The place where awesome foods are made to go into my tummy! The Kitchen.

The bathrooms here have two basins for him and her :O

My room! The walls behind are painted in orange and white btw. They match my suitscase! hehe.

My closet, It has no doors! Just a wall to separate from the room, so people wouldn't be blinded if they accidentally walked in xD

Outsise my window.

Hazebrouck, the nearest town away from Lynde (My Home). This is the place where people get everything they need, there's the grocery store, entertainment spots (cinema, bowling alley and currently there's a fair in town!) , cafes, banks, post office, etc.

Auto -ecole directly translates automotive school, which is what we malaysians call driving school. Which we would normally practice with KANCILs, which they are using WOLKS VAGONs. Sure, its totally normal, sure.... :))

The grocery store! Also the first store i visited. Here, you don't pick your own fruits, you wait for your cue and they serve you. Very civilised. Hmm..

Okay, this is non-related, but fench people are very friendly! People say bonjour and smile to almost everybody they meet. Very different from the nasty looks I'd normally give to passers-by while thinkin, " HEY? WHAT U LOOKIN AT MAN?! U WANT ME TO PLUCK OUT YE EYE BAWLS???" (ok, maybe not exactly, but.. you know somethin along those lines ;P)

The first thing I bought in FRANCE! Well, my luggage was delayed, what to do?

Vin et formage is what i have everyday before dinner! cheese people, CHEESE!! you gotta love it! My french dad is teaching me wine tasting (Pa, I think you'd soo love it here), and he says I'll be tasting a different cheese everyday, since there are over a 100 different types of cheese in la français.

My first dinner, its Ratatouille brother! Like in the movie! :P Its a mix of veges cooked with tomato paste, of course this is just what I can taste, I don't know the actual ingredients but I will learn it!

Left: mati rice (Mii, I don rmb the full name, but I think this is the briyani rice) :D they eat rice too!

Right: cut chicken pieces

The keyboard is giving me a headache, look closely, the arrangement is mixed up! A is suppose to be by S, and M by N, don't even get me started about the fullstops and such. (It's something I have to get used to for sure) Yiippp! T.T

Tearful Departure; Dramatic Arrival?

WAIT!! before I tell you all about my great adventure and etc, I'd like to say I LOVE YOU to all my friends and family :p I will be back next year to hug all of you again! So, for now just keep a little piece of me in your mind always <3.

How can i not love such caring friends? retarded in their own ways but sweet to the core! *Thank you so much for sending me off, it means a lot*

This is PP Dr. Krishna from the YEP of RD 3300 with my family and I
:'( so sad to say goodbye, but my mum once told me a chinese phrase, "if you do not feel the pain of farewells, how can there be the joy of reuniting"

In the KLM Dutch Airlines, how can it be bad when there's a life-saving tiny tv in front of me providing a good close up of edward cullen and jacob black ??? Like Hello people! and not to mention free flow of drinks and too much food.

(Oh yeah, there is wine in eco class after all.)

Missed my flight! Stuck at the Amsterdam airport for an hour :S

Apparently it rains in europe too xD
What?? I've never been to europe before this. Shhhh.

Well FINALLY, after 13 hours of flight, missing my plane in between and having my luggage to be MIA (seriously, all this drama before my journey even began but nvm, its ME), I have arrived in the country of love! Ze Français!

Welcome to the rainy Charles De Gauille Airport, Paris!

I suppose the highways are somewhat similar? Only here, there are flyovers over flyovers.
